Ogleshield

Ogleshield is a washed rind cheese made with cow's milk in North Cadbury, in Somerset, by Jamie Montgomery & Tim Griffey. With its bright orangish-pink rind, Ogleshield has a gentle but complex flavour, with a sweet, milky aroma.

Tuxford & Tebbutt Blue

Tuxford & Tebbutt creamery in Melton Mowbray has been handcrafting Stilton since 1780, it is one of just six creameries in the world permitted to make Blue Stilton. A satisfying rich cheese with rounded, complex flavours with a piquant finish & a smooth creamy mouth feel.

Westcombe Cheddar

Deep, complex flavour with long notes of citrus, hazelnut & caramel. The texture is structured & firm, with a smooth breakdown that keeps flavours lingering on your palate.

Petit Brie

Brie hails from Ile-de-France and is names after the region. Typically described as tasting earthy, nutty, fruity, grassy & even mushroomy. Brie has a mild, creamy & buttery taste.


Freschella

Soft, crumbly blend of cow's milk, goat's milk & ewe's milk cheese, with a full & tangy flavour

Rachel

Semi-soft unpasteurised goat's cheese with a smooth texture & sweet, medium flavour. This artisan cheese has a dusky rind, and the occasional orange & yellow spots.
